Who am I and why frankli?

I'm an independent Internal Communications and Employee Engagement expert whose career has spanned a range of sectors including Healthcare, Academia, Broadcast Media and IT, as well as range of roles including teaching, marketing and writing in the UK and overseas; each of these experiences has given me the ability to see the world through the eyes of a range of audiences and to communicate accordingly. 

I'm passionate about the employee experience and strive to deliver something that's unique and really focuses on what people want and need. 

Thirty years of experience has led to me being approached to fix cultures, reshape communications and help organisations find their voice. I've learnt that honest conversations are always the most important ones so I launched frankli to have more of them, with leaders who are genuinely ready to listen. My approach is honest, clear, and direct because frank conversations get results.

I'm a trained coach with a focus on helping leaders communicate authentically that allows their passion to shine through and a published author of two books with a third on the way.
